A lifestyle shift is needed to overcome any addiction and porn is no exception. I knew from my first day of this journey that i would need to change many habits and that i needed to build momentum, in fact i went over it in my 90 day journal. Somehow this knowledge helped me go this far with out porn. Even when i had a bad day and wanted to fap i remembered that it was just a lack of momentum. I still haven't fapped but after a wet dream two nights ago i found myself thinking of porn. I ended up cumming without touching myself at all. I suspect this is due to the sensitivity and new found strength in my pelvic floor after my solid kegel/reverse kegel routine. I have to remember, fantasizing leads to porn>pmo. I was disciplined today to not have fap but i feel a little drained after that orgasm. I'm glad that it cleared my head a bit though and put me back on the right track. I have been getting too cocky and comfortable and haven't been sleeping early and have been waking up well after my alarm goes off. I need to stop this nonsense now and get back to a disciplined lifestyle. I must also stay vigilant as i'm in a dangerous place at this time. I am going to do the following

    - In bed and no technology by 10 55 PM.
    - Get out of bed as soon as my alarm rings.
    - No internet before my morning routine is completed.
    - Do not cut classes under any circumstances other than serious emergencies.
    - Do not fantasize. Not just about sex but about anything period.

I agree with you, internet used to be our enemy when it came to get PMO free, but there is so much that is helpful here, as long as you are ready to look for it. As an example DoNothing is a superb website for emergencies. but it is also important to abstain from all the different screens in life and instead do things, not just chat or play games. That's why I'm using an old nokia phone.

ur using old nokia phone . i was also thinking the same . i m going to buy old nokia phone for that. i m thinking about nokia E series phones

i installed few different software to use computer effectively .
ex. sunsetscreen - to dim / reduce blue light of display.
displyafusion - to use one display as multiple monitors .
vlc player - to put text on videos.

i had created thread about it . using technology effectively . but i got no response for it.
