  1. So I'm taking it as a last resort for the current situation in my life, you can definitely try it out as a challenge. I have important exams coming up by feb-march and they will last till june-july. I need to prepare very hard but I'm procrastinating like hell, by giving myself the excuse of trying to he fap-free which is just absurd.

I wrote down everything that I feel like doing right now but is not important. My mind is begging for it but it isn't important yet. So for example I feel like I want to:
    1. Rewatch Friends, all 10 seasons.
    2. Catch up on my favourite TV series.
    3. Catch up on old movies.
    4. Watch YouTube everyday, be upto date with my favourite YouTubers and stuff.
    5. Discover and complete new anime and rewatch the old ones.
    6. Eat junk food cause I'm bored.
    7. Play video games (I'm hooked to my mobile on this one). Especially levelling up and gold farming and stuff.

So here's the thing. I know I don't or rather can't afford these luxuries till the exams end and my 60 day vacation begins. And I decided this; I'll fully focus on everything regarding my studies right now. After my exams end I will complete everything item on my list. No strings attached.

So I suggest everyone to take it as a challenge. Challenge yourself to stop watching random stuff on TV, mindlessly browse through the net or stay late playing that Xbox just for some set amount of time (this is your choice but I suggest at least 2 weeks). And focus only on whatever is required to move you ahead in life for that time. After this period if you still feel like it then you on and watch that stupid episode you missed! But give yourself some "me time"!!! Because you really need it.
If you're interested just say you're in and put up your distractions and your goal up here. And post daily. No pressure. Good luck :)

  3. That's a great step towards a better life! We all know it's not enought just to remove the addiction, we must replace it. Just eliminating everything can get very tough all of a sudden, so sit down and write out some hobbies or activities that you will replace with video games or TV or anime. Best of luck for your exams, I hope you do very well. Good luck, stay strong! :)

Yep I'm in. Been working on some things:

Wake up at 7am each day.
    Meditate for 20 mins.
    Walk for 30 mins.
Complete three programming projects in Python.
Complete an exercise sheet each day.
Dishes, washing, hanging, ironing each day.
Eat meals at 7am, 1pm, 6:30 pm each day, with a fruit snack or similar between meals.
Complete a Matlab tutorial each day.
Sleep at 11pm, with meditations at 10:40pm.

Annnd that's all I'll put for now, cos I'mma be dead after two days XD. And I'm 60% sure this won't work past day one.

Realised accountability partners is probably a good idea. Never tried it, but let's do our work!
