I am a college student. Most of my expenses bear my brother. My father only depends on pension. It's my responsibility to show a better output to my brother by showing a good result. I can't waste that opportunity by PMO. I must do that! There is no alternative.....

Yeah bruh Just forgot about porn focus on ur vision. It will be easy. And I'm also following this method. it's quite , happy and enjoyable moments enjoy that forgot about PMO and also don't count the days make the day's count choose urs count or not because when u r on day 7 or 8 even 4-5 days it feels like I'm in good streak tht kinds of thoughts arises in ur mind and it's boost u in ur journey anyway good luck on ur journey
