    Hi guys- new guy here from Sydney Australia. I'm a 23 year old trying to give up PMO. It hasn't really affected my life to date that much. I have a great relationship and sex life despite PMO induced (I think)premature ejaculation. I'm aiming for 30 days initially. Which me luck!

    Depends on whether you're in hard mode. I reckon getting real sexual contact isn't cheating (and is actually a good way to release tension without PMOing), but each to his own.

    Nearly done one day! I think the automatic counter is going to make a huge difference for me. Having a clearly defined goal and knowing how far you've got is good encouragement in its self.
