Those with PE

    Its tough going through a sexual dsynfuction. Its even tougher when you have two of them. I have PIED and premature ejaculation, so its extra tough for me to not test the PE. With PIED its easier cuz you can tell when you are regaining your sensitivity. But while I am rebooting I know i shouldnt be training myself not to PE cuz it hinders my reboot. But I know i will have to do it eventually, given that it probably will not just go away. So for those who are suffering from PE....what things are you doing to treat it?

    Well I am going through both PIED and PE. I got PIED from porn and PE from abstinence during recovery. It is actually very simple - recover from PIED and once you are OK start having sex and you will be fine after some time. IMHO, PE is easier to recover from, you just need to find partner. But to start recovering from PE you first need to recover from PIED.

    As far as PIED is concerned, I would recommend you to do as many tough workouts per week as possible (ideally 6 with one day rest). I read an article in which it basically says that tough workouts force brain to increase neurotransmitters, which are essential to PIED. I am doing these workouts four about 15 days and am already seeing improvements. Before tough workouts, I was doing steady state cardio for months and did not see major improvement.

    The tough workout I am talking about is high intensity interval training (HIIT).

  3. I have read about HIIT that it is very effective for rapid muscles growth and for increasing humane growth hormone. Can u explain how u r doing it like what type of exercise for how much minutes.

    PE treatment: Numbing cream, ginseng, rhodiola or ashwagandha (Make sure it's okay to take the supplements, if you take any medication etc), practice, reverse kegels and NoFap (First worse, then alot better)
