Thoughts about thoughts of pmo

So today has been kind of a weird day for me. I feel like I'm just in a blank emotional state, and having a lot of thoughts about porn. They're not the thoughts about wanting to watch porn or anything like that, but thoughts of some of the most disgusting types of porn I have ever seen and wasn't even into. Does anyone else get these thoughts and if so how do you deal with them?
