Thoughts on sex?

I think it's important to go hard-mode until your idea of sex matures. It isn't just about getting off. It's about a connection between two people and deepening that connection through act of sex. It shouldn't be lustful, it should be full of love and closeness. That's the opinion that I've formed in my journey on nofap anyway. Anything less would leave me feeling empty and dis-satisfied now.
I don't mean to call you out, but if that's your belief why would you PMO? How do you even watch porn any more if it's 100% lust and none of that love or closeness involved? Have you talked to your girlfriend about what you're doing? Accountability at that level I feel would help a lot; and if she feels the same way that I suspect you feel about her, then she'll understand, and help you through this.

Well because I am addicted to say the least. I hold that view of what sex should be but making that a reality is another story! ya weve spoken about it but ive left out the gory details but I have reset my counter and instead of avoiding P and M I think im going to throw cutting out O altogether into the mix as well!
Ah, makes sense. I guess it IS two completely different things to know this on an intelectual level and knowing it on an experiencial level. You'll get there man I have faith!
