Right after a slip or relapse yes I do. Say if I edge, or even worse (from a semen loss POV) full-on PMO, it's as if my brain gets 'scattered' and I don't seem to 'articulate' thoughts as well.

It takes about a week before the scattering starts to sort itself out and a 'fog' kind of lifts.

In a matter of weeks I am back on my way to having very sharp articulation ability. If that makes any sense to you.

That makes perfect sense, ya i realized i got these scattered thoughts the day after i had a wet dream. so i guess wet dreams should count as a relapse

I don't think you should consider wet dreams as a relapse, though, because it isn't something you can control. It just your body's way of getting rid of old sperm. To be honest, I consider wet dreams a good thing because it shows me that I'm on the right track since it has to get rid of some the natural way, haha. No worries, man, but don't consider them a relapse.

i had this a lot the past few years, but it wasn't until I read your post that I linked it to pmo. I'm going to monitor if I had any improvement in this area. Hadn't really paid any attention to it because it became so normal.

    Thanks man!

    Wet Dreams = Controversial Topic.
They can be controlled to some degree. Read this thread.
Your semen is one of the most vital substance in your body. I recommend against releasing any of it unless you're trying to create new life.

PMO causes major fuck-ups with your brain's neurochemicals. This, in turn, results in less focus and control over your thoughts. Hence the difficulty in expressing yourself if you've been PMO'ing.

    Good luck.

I would say that blood is the most vital substance in your body, probably followed by water. Semen just isn't that important by comparison. There is no good linking clumsy's thread - he was banned for his way out views and attitudes towards others.

    IGY, touche!

I edited my post, because you're right. Obviously blood and water are more vital. Thank you.

No wonder we haven't heard from Clumsy. He was a little out there, but some of his ideas were valid.

    Interesting....

I've noticed around day 5 or so that I was a lot more focused at work. I use to feel really lost and adrift. Ever since quitting PMO I've been a lot more clear headed.

    Think BIG!
