How about this thought I am stealing from Underdog. How about we all think about what we can change that's at the root of our addiction as PMO is truly a symptom more than a cause. Just making time alone is not the answer. I'd say start comfortable with one or two things. If I'm depressed I'm going to drag my ass up and get in motion. I always feel better. If I'm pissed at my wife we do always try to work it out the same day. A counselor gave us a sheet titled "After a Fight", and it really helps. You each have to give your view of what you were feeling and what truth you can see in the other persons story. Also what you can do better next time. It works like magic to make a bridge where there seemed no chance. That paper has been pulled out of the trash quiet a few times! We laugh about it now. Anyway, that sort of thing so were not so focused on just counting days. I encourage all to read Underdog's posts and take what you need, all or some. I agree with a lot of what he says, but there is always room to share differing views as we are not all the same. Anyways Happy Monday and welcome dangerduff!
