Time and Actions between two Erections

I have read various threads which clearly states that one ejaculation post PIED, with PE is early. They also suggest to work on GF till you get a second erection. The second erection, according to those threads is longer, gives more control and satisfaction to the partner. But I loss interest after the first and find it very difficult to engage with the GF. Firstly how to reduce the time between two Erections ?? Secondly how to keep the interest of GF into the act, licking is one, what are the other acts???
