    My name is Tommy, 29 year old male. Recently started dating for the first time in 4 years and having intercourse forbthe first time in 3 years. I think I can spare the details of what went on in the 3 years. Since we started having intercourse I cant maintain anything down there.

    I'm hoping this nofap thing will help, although I was already at a point of only doing it once or twice a week, it was always fetish porn getting put on the computer. This woman is too amazing for me to not do anything and everything in my power to fix this "problem", and sex is a huge thing for her...like whenever I come over she wants to have sex, sometimes more than once. Anyways, here's to day 1.

    Hi. Great start by joining nofap. I personally recommend get rid of the Internet from your home whether it be your phone or a computer. Give it at least 2 months totally with out it. Check emails at work or at a Internet cafe or library or hotspot. It's like an alcoholic carrying around a bag of alcohol just so at any moment they can take a quick swig. Seems totally mad. It's very hard at first to go without porn but just sweat it out. A couple of months and you'll be on the path to finding the new you some one you can be proud of and look up to and others will look up to as well
