    If you believe in this and you constantly repeat it in your mind you'll do it. That includes both statements - negative and positive. Final choice is always yours. Take only one day at a time. Don't think about like it's 90 days - a lot of time etc. Is this your first attempt to beat it?

    It hasn't even been a day and I'm seriously struggling! :( I'm sad lonely and stressed. Maybe later when I'm less scattered I'll write a more detailed account highlighting my main motivations for participating in this challenge.
