Tips for a married man?

    Ok any tips for someone trying to beat PIED and who is married?

    I've been with my gorgeous wife for 20 years from a very early age (38 m). I've also PMO'd throughout that time but it has become more varied with the introduction of extreme fetishes. 19 months ago I started a new job which involved a lot of travelling and being away from home. This caused an increase in PMO to 2-3 times a day while away.

    I attempted nofap at the begining of March and relapsed several times but I've now committed to it properly since the begining of April. I've set myself no targets but have committed to removing it entirely from my life.

    I'm currently at a flatline stage with difficulty in getting an erection when attempting sex with my wife. This is nothing new as I've had a 50/50 chance of erections with my wife but at the moment it feels like there's zero chance of it happening. Hope this passes soon. My wife knows nothing of my addiction.

    I'm planning on getting married this year and for reasons like this I've decided not to do it anymore. We've talked and both of us have basically decided that we won't do it anymore, especially when we're married. We're going to put 100% of that energy into each other. PMO can do nothing but harm.
