Tips for buddy system?

    Hi everybody! (Dr. Nick voice)

    So I'm very no to NoFap, but have got myself a buddie. He's definitely doing better than me so well done to him there :)

    At the moment we are just going to give one another a daily check in to see how we are doing etc, but I was hoping some people might be able to give some advice on ways to make it more effective? Any suggestions are welcome. Even just with regard to solo stuff as well.
