Tips for Dealing with a(n) (Emotional) Flatline?

I've entered what I believe is my first flatline, for the last 3 days I've just felt numb. I haven't been able to feel happy, sad, angry, afraid, etc. I just feel like a robot. This really hasnt affected me until today, I have no motivation to study, nothing I want to do either, and I've just been unhealthily binging video games which still don't really give me much gratification.

Any tips to get yourself motivated and going during this period? Through my searches I came up mostly empty handed as it was all about libido flatlines.

I have a LOT of experience with the flat-line as you described above. Unfortunately, I've yet to find any solution other than waiting it out. My main symptom is anhedonia. It seems to come and go as it pleases. It does get better gradually over time, so the only consolation I derive is in knowing that it isn't permanent.

Do not play games, it doesn't help. What i can tell you is: accept this numbness, go out and try to chill. Study if you have to and work a bit, act like if you just had a flu and needed to slowly come out. In 1 week max you'll feel a shitton better

Thanks everybody for the replies. It's been a rough few days, now that I havent been doing anything I've started becoming depressed. Nothing just sounds good to do, and when I think about trying to force myself to do stuff(studying for example) I don't even know where to begin. As said by @Agonist anhedonia is the biggest thing that I'm struggling with here. I also ended up MOing(no P) last night which leaves me feeling even worse. I guess I was just searching for some sort of excitement as the last month has been really uneventful and boring. I've always been a high energy person and all of my high energy friends left town a few years ago when we graduated from HS. This leaves me feeling like a lost dog and it's finally catching up to me.

I feel you man. Try a cold shower when you're really down(really it helps) and maybe try some supplements(Vitamin D, Zinc etc..) I would say to you that the things you don't want to do are the things you should do(exercise, read, go for a run). In any case DON'T do M, O or P. It will never make you feel better. View them as an serious impediment for you to heal no matter how you feel about it. Have a vision of who you want to be. And remember that PMO is the cause of your numbness, depression, lack of motivation and tiredness.
