Tips for motivational thoughts that will help me through urges

Hello,

i was wondering if anyone would like to share some thoughts on why they dont want to do the pmo? I have started listing a few and plan on using them when urge kicks in.

- i am in control of my flesh
- the result of pmo is feeling guilty, ashamed and wanting to be isolated
- it takes my confidence and boldness away
- i want to tell my kids how they can master pmo when they get older
- i want to be clean for my wife
- i want to live a holy life with clean conscience for God
- i want to tell people i meet a different story
- i do not want girls to be treated or be looked upon like they do in porn or similar, they deserve respect and to be treated nicely
- i want to be a proper man with self control...

Proverbs 16:32 (CEB) Better to be patient than a warrior, and better to have self-control than to capture a city.


There is probably more and better arguments, and i would like to hear some thoughts
