Tips for quitting any addiction

    You can help yourself. For example, you don't need to wait until you develop the strength to not watch P, you can install free apps/extensions that block it on all your devices.
    Eventually you won't want to watch it.

    If you're trying to quit M, work more, maybe get a second job. Sure, people say, get a hobby to replace your PMO but if it's bad enough you're probably not going to enjoy anything or have any interest. At least for a job you're more obligated to be there and do it.
    Get any temporary job, entry level, volunteer, do some work alone like cleaning parks or road signs, whatever. Just keep yourself busy during reboot.

    What I've been doing is setting my pc to turn off every 5 minutes during night, installed an extension that blocks websites and took extra hours at work. It's been working so far.

    To summarise, make it harder to get your fix and keep yourself busy.

    is there any software to block laptop screen for a specific period (say from 10 pm to 5 am) everyday??

    I just use task scheduler, on windows, because it's already there.
