Tips on how to avoid relapsing at night?

    Day 1 for me. Almost all my relapses have occurred past 10 in the night over small urges. Very annoying. Any one have tips for this? The urges that I get don't creep up but just BANG come all of a sudden. Help !!

    I usually drop what I'm doing and go driving or for a run. If the urges are happening after you got to bed, maybe try moving your bed to a different position in the room? Changing what you're used to, breaking routine, can help give you a fresh start.

    I live with my parents so I don't think going for a drive at 12 is the best option. Any tips on things I could do at home?

    Hmm, you could still go for a run at night, perhaps give an excuse that you want to get fit. If an urge hits you at 12 say, you could sit and meditate for 10 mins. Music is good for meditation but I'd advise not going near the computer in the middle of an urge.
     
  5. Make a decision. Tell yourself that this isn't the way to go. Make it clear to your body that if you dont want to, the urge shouldn't get a kick.

    I'm quite far from you but I've a good tip. It is working for me ...

    Do you have goals ? Do you like to take care of your body and mind ?
    What is the meaning of life for you ?

    Think about it and feel all of this going away in the plug hole ...

    Keep you mind busy with important things all the day and when you
    face these weakness moments at night ... be rabid! Refresh your memory
    of all the important things you throw away when you masturbate
    and leave the environment for a time.

    At these times I just make crazy exercises to disperse the latent sexual energy
    or just wrong mental patterns in the form of health. Try this, but make it serious.
    Be a strong man.

  7. Try to change your habits and your daily routine.

    Make it a habit to do a really good workout in the evening at 8 PM (go to a gym, or do it a home, or do some sports in a team, whatever). Then when you feel tired, go to sleep at 10, and get up in the morning.

    This will strengthen your body and mind, and will make you very relaxed and refreshed. Making this a habit will really change your life.

    Thanks for the advices guys. I'll make sure to exercise or meditate around 8. I'll post here if I manage to beat the urges.
