Some tips:
- Use all the resources in this forum, ask for support when you don't know in which direction to go, you can also find an accountability partner.
- Learn as much as possible about porn addiction - knowledge will help you to understand what is happening to you and to your brain.
- Learn about yourself: your emotions, your triggers, in which moments you want to use more porn and masturbate -- it is a good idea to keep a kind of journal to reflect about it.

It is not an easy journey and you'll for sure have to comfront challenges, but it is worthy.
