    Vacations can be tough. What has helped me is to surround myself with family and stay in touch with friends. I joined a nofap discord server recently which has helped motivate me to stay clean. All in all, maybe make it harder for you to access P through software and blockers?

    are u on mobile phone or laptop vacation ??? are u visiting apple factory ? or maybe microsoft office?

    leave that technological thing for a while and enjoy your vacation.. tho i mean that the purpose of vacation isint it ?
