Tired from remaining addicted to masturbation for 7 years !

Hello I am Med, I'm 18 years old and I am so glad because I found a new family, a new community and a new lifestyle, I'm glad to find your forum.
I always remember Henry David Thoreau when he said in Walden : "Chastity is the flowering of men; and what are called Genius, Heroism, and the like, are but various fruits which succeed it". This is absolutely true fact. People don't get to know it clearly. Islam, my precious religion and the one true religion in the world, said it in Coran before 1400 years !! And this was happened, when Allah said in the Holy Coran to the prophet Mahomet : "Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And Allah is well acquainted with all that they do."
Guys, I did really find the truth. I'm now regretting for the bad habit of masturbation, I'm going to repent to my God.
I do insist on participating with you in your NoFap challenge with honor, and that decision will evaluate the rest of my life. I have tried a lot of time before to stop masturbating but in vain. I was doing masturbation and porn for how many years? For 7 years.
I promise you guys that I will do all of my efforts to remain chaste and avoid PMO. My goal is to leave this habit for ever, what is your goal now ?

You've asked a very important question about the strategy to follow.
It is really based on four points. The first point is to stop being alone as much as I can, go to sleep when I "need to sleep" so that I couldn't think about porn ideas. The second point, is to have something to do always, I mean to stay busy as much as i can, also I decided to stop looking at girl's bodies while walking in streets or at social media. The third thing, is the most important thing to do ever in your strategy, if you don't respect it you won't achieve your goal. It is to fast one day a week or a month, it help you changing your mind and start caring about the important topics in life. And finally, do your prayers ! And stop drinking and eating too much.
I'm very strict about any step I have already recommended. Believe me, this is the best strategy ever, concerning to take-off from doing the bad habits. I'm not talking about a 10 or 20 days of NoFap, I'm talking about a lifestyle until your get married !
If you can marry the girl you love ❤ do it quickly! You shouldn't wait until you will have 30 years old.
