    Its been few months that Im trying to quite masturbation. But all I did was I coulding stop it less than 4 times a week.. recently I masturbated also without porn. But the problem is I always masturbating by fantasizing and cannot limited less than 4 times a week. Plllzzzzzz guys help me stop it forever.. im a masturbation addict I k know. I really look old and lost vitality with hair thining... im 23 and started this when I was 13.. since then it increased... who knows best mithot to quite it.. I also did weaning method but I failed....

    I agree with Grover--acknowledging the little victories can make a big difference. The spiral of self judgment leads one place, and it doesn't sound like you want to do that anymore.

    It helped me to stop thinking about the time. I have to make it through tonight. I don't have to make it through next week, this weekend, next month, the rest of the year. I have to take care of myself tonight. I like to let time take care of itself, and focus on the now moment.

    So yeah, man--self-acknowledgments, daily gratitude lists, being of service to others--all these can do wonders for getting out of one's head, out of the self-pity party, and back into a healthy life. Keep reading, keep us posted, and good luck.

    Beautifull thing about this journey is you dont have to try to stop anything. If you can not touch your dick. Then thats a huge step forward. If then you can take another step towards overcoming your addiction, then understand this: you have to replace those moments of wanting to do something sexually with other distractions. Read the forums, go for a walk, read a book, workout, make a project.
