To abstain or not to abstain prior to interview?

Given that one is married, no pornography or masturbation is involved at all, and no addiction or withdrawal symptoms are especially in focus, what would your advice be for someone preparing for an interview and wanting to be in top condition?

• Abstain from intimacy for the entire week prior?
• Have conjugal relations the night before the interview to release tension and relieve stress?
• Have relations two days prior, but then abstain?

The most important thing is to have a successful interview. Being aroused without release is tolerable for the sake of a better outcome--if indeed a better outcome may be reached. If having had a recent release of sexual tension tends toward making one more irritable, and if having gone an extended time without tends toward making one more emotional, what might be the best balance overall?
