To all those who managed 90+ days

How did you do it?

I am fairly successful with nofap, but I rarely pass the 60 day mark. I tend to relapse several weeks into a streak. I regularly pass 30 or 40 days but I just can't get rid of porn for good. I would love to get this stuff out of my head but eventually my urges get so strong that my willpower runs out.

Years ago I had a streak of not watching porn (It wasn't perfect. I read some literotica and viewed some images but no actual porn) that lasted 1 1/2 years. That was possible due to the K9 web filter which was by far the best porn blocker I have so far found out there. But K9 was shut down years ago. Does anybody know of a program that works equally well?

I would really love to hear some tips by people who managed to get rid of porn for good or at least have very long streaks (90+ days).

I'm thinking about getting an accountability partner. Maybe this will help.
