    Hi, this is my first post, i´m not american,so if i commit a mistake writing please help me.

    The past three weeks i was fighting with a low desire to Fap, and today, well...i fail. To be honest, i don´t feel pleasure, i feel hate, i really feel tired to do this... but thanks to God i found this website and a very effective K9 porn blocker. I feel i´m not alone.

    i had eight years fighting with PMO, while time passes i reduce the frecuency, longer an longer, but i want to leave it forever.Thanks for help people like me. God bless you.

    Welcome to our community! In the last weeks of doing PMO I had the same feelings like you. At the beginning it helped me to understand the addiction and how dopamine from PMO destroys your brain. I wish you good luck with your goals :)
