just simply pray to yourself . think about wether you believe in a higher power or source or not god is inside you and you also have a higher self . i’ve gotten many things from praying to myself and i think it would benefit you as well . and to those who say it’s a sin personally i don’t believe it is . like i said earlier the holy spiritual resides inside you so there you go . just try it . you may end your addiction once and for all ! i hope you all succeed in your journey and i bless you to have a quick recovery all of you !
