i had made up my mind to abstain from porn and masturbation and i was quite successful in getting rid of porn but not masturbation but just for 7 days. This happened because i stopped visiting this website and i came back after i had all jerked off.So today with a promise i pledge that ill come here every day or at least thrice a week. PMO is becoming a huge problem for me , i'm thinking of ending my life because of it.please help me and motivate me.
