Today is The Day I Quit For Good.

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, Oct 24, 2020.

  1. Hey everyone, new here recently relapsed after 98 days. I realised my mistake and won't be repeating it again. I want everyone who read this forum to hold me accountable. Once I post this I won't go back on my word. I will not masturbate ever again.

This is a promise to myself and to you all members. You can check in on me whenever you want, but know that I am on this path for the rest of my life. Bismillah

  3. Texting girls and she started to sext and it made my head feel very weird. Keep in mind that once you reach 90+ and you relapse you feel a weird feeling of dizziness and you can feel the chemicals getting outta whack. It’s hard to gain momentum again. Once you’re 90+ days out, don’t look back no matter what.

another reason why I relapsed is because I started to forget my WHY. Why I was doing it and I forgot how bad it made me feel. It’s always good to remind yourself why you’re doing it and your reasons for quitting. Remember that feeling after your relapse and don’t look back ever.

Hey man. I love it- never ever look back. This is the best journey you can walk. Full of righteousness and purity. You'll bear many fruits on this journey. It will then be a stepping stone for you to find what this world is really about. You got to 90 days already, so you know what it takes. It takes being in the fight of your life every single day. Focusing on each day as it comes and winning that battle. Personally, once I got past 100 days it got a lot easier but you still have to battle. Good luck man, keep us updated.
