today is the first day of my life

    after many triumphs and failures i learned that i could no longer go on lying to myself about being addicted to porn and masturbation. im at a dead in where hitting rock bottom for the hundred time. i have faith but i still am stuck in the moment where i see myself relapsing. i came here to be around people that could understand that feel as i do.

    Glad to have you here! It's an amazing community that will give you the support you need to summon the strength to kick this this thing. Get yourself a counter and get started! Don't sweat about relapses, we're all human, it's our ability to recover from a fall that defines us, not how we fell.

    Good on you for trying. It's taken me a couple of attempts to really find my flow and be comfortable. Once you see yourself past the first few days, it gets easier (or so I've found). Best of luck.
