Hi,I'm a 17 y/o teenager who's bound himself to get rid of this porn habit he got entangled into.
I really believe that I got addicted to porn due to this 'feeling of worthlessness' in me and also due to getting bullied and picked on, at School.
Unhappiness, feeling of worthlessness, lack of real partners, time waste,Insomnia,bullying/being insulted are the main reasons why people turn towards porn.
Although these elements still exist in me and my environment and although I have made it to day 10,I believe that I fully did not go through the process, in the way it had to. I didn't do the rewiring process to the extent it had to be done.

My rewiring strategy was to build my own app step by step every day and to establish a small business around it. Well I didn't do that, the regret and 'feeling of unworthiness' that follows it, is constantly stalking me and If I don't get rid of it soon ,nofap will become harder and harder.

So if you are reading this,My message to you is:"Work on rewiring your brain from internet porn to something else" your journey here will be much easier and much more beneficial.

Hi. Thank you for sharing this and for your advice. I believe that it's maybe the main part of getting rid off PMO - to fulfill your life with anything beneficial.
But i feel you're maybe too harsh on yourself. Having a solid and ambitious plan is truly important, but if it's too hard for you too manage it and if you feel regrets about it, it may be counterproductive for you.
So my suggestion is to
1) Made your aim doable and not so hard. Quitting porn alone is big deal enough. Establishing new business is a real challenge and may be unsuccesfull even if you try really hard. Don't let your sexual health depend on something like that.
2) I think you should focus more on yourself. Try to make your life happier and more enjoyable, not more complicated. For example i started with excersizes, i try to read more, sleep longer and i also testing the benefits of walking barefoot. And it works for me well. Not only i feel better, but also my work performance was boosted.

Anyway wish you a lot of luck and let me know if you finish your app, i'll download it if it'll work for android too :-D

Thank you so much brother!

The main factor which really motivated me to get outta porn was, to counter and destroy my induced sexual tastes or in other words to get rid of my fetishes. Now I'm feeling like most of those fetishes are vanishing and I use this excuse to fantasize or see these weird YouTube videos where girls go like 'problems of having big boobs' or some thing like that. Are those considered as relapses?

Well I'm not sure. It depends. If you knowingly do it as a replacement for P, so yeah i guess it's relapse.

But hey, relapse or not, it's just not healthy and beneficial for you. If you dont have problems with your big boobs then it's probably not video for you :-D

But seriously. You just make it harder to yourself. By watching this you make your brain work in the old porn-related patterns and you dont heal yourself. It also make you miss porn MORE than less, because you keep remind it to yourself. Try to focus on something completely different and avoid anything sex-related. I recently leave coffeehouse because they have some erotic art on the walls and it was big success for me.

Stay safe, brother.
