I answered your question honestly. These are the two cases in which you might 'charm' me. Otherwise, there is no possibility for that to happen. And, no I don't want you to show me your physical appearance.

Listen.. I’m not interested in charming you. However, you’ve already been charmed. You are in the stages of denial and don’t want to look bad in front of everyone. You’re also still a little salty about our most recent arguments. You’ll get over it. Good night

If assuming that you had me charmed makes you feel better, I'll let you treasure this idea.

All very interesting, but you still haven't explained why exactly I'm selfish.

It’s a drug. It takes over and if you don’t stop, you will totally do anything your mind says. Of course you are not a robot, but if you see women get raped in porn, you think it’s normal and the woman will let you do it. You willingly succumb to your desires because of it. This leads to rape.

Im sorry, but I’m beginning to doubt that you have ever been addicted in the first place. Inside an addict’s mind, nothing makes sense. We are broken down to our basic instincts, and since I have never had sex with a woman, thinking women like to be fucked around and abused was a common thought in my mind a couple of years back. Just like drugs, you don’t like heroin right away do you? It takes more time to build up to more and more weird porn to get more “stimulation” or porn you’ve never seen before to the point where you are watching grandmas and 8 year olds gang banging. Sure, it’s no excuse, but it’s a fact that it rewires your brain entirely.

Maybe you don’t like what happens in porn, but if someone is so childlike and innocent that you think that’s what happens in sex, you might think something different.

You’re correct, I have never been addicted to porn. I’ve been addicted to sexual pleasure, masturbation, and lust. I used porn to masturbate, because I was addicted to masturbation. When I began trying to stop m, then porn use fell off as well. Do you know any “porn addicts” that don’t masturbate when they watch it? I don’t think so. Don’t put the cart before the horse. Recognize that you have to stop masturbation, and porn use will naturally stop as well.
It has nothing to do with time. The only difference between a porn user who watches degenerate shit, and a porn user who watches relatively normal shit, is the mind of the user. You will absolutely never be able to convince me that any firmly straight male will “escalate” into watching gay porn. This debunks the entire notion of escalation. It has nothing to do with using porn, and everything to do with what sick twisted shit is going on in your head already.

    Hello reader !! :)

You made it to day 6 of the Nofap DAT coom daytona five hunned

As usual, there is no winner, because the participants are purely here to waste their time and each other's time (a commodity that cannot be gotten back :()

If you haven't noticed we've escalated to CODE RED :mad::mad: of the debate. In which insults and belittlement are tossed willy nilly (as if they weren't already being used! :p)

  17. Trigger Warning although the title of the thread is quite explicit.

Wow, this has been an entertaining read.

Firstly, good on you, OP, to diffuse a seemingly illegal activity. Did you happen to tend to the mother and the baby after they ran away? Or did the mother and the baby run away in the other direction too?

Secondly, I particularly noted your use of an example from India while you are not from here. Not that there is an issue, I never thought events made news beyond the border.

Thirdly, I would like to think that in the heat of the moment, you have confused personal biases with numerical data and hence, your provided research reeked of confirmation bias. Here is how I come to that conclusion:
    1. Bias against Patriarchy: I am not defending patriarchy because it isn't of relevance here. But because you have a negative bias against patriarchy you believe that matriarchal societies by default do not have cases of sexual violence.
    2. Bias against P: I think this is common to us all because of the clear objective of this website. While P has been a thing since early 1900s, the internet has surely exacerbated the issue. So, the count of Sexual Violence (SV) must skyrocket. And as many have opined, it has. However, raw number are not to go for as population in general has increased. If there were a family of 10 and 1 was an aggressor and after 50 years, the family size is 30 but the aggressors are 2; then while the absolute number has increased, the percentage has decreased.
    3. Bias for Gender Studies: I might be stretching here but your bias is apparent in the fact that you specifically linked studies that talk of gender studies and hence, only talk of SV from a women's point of view.
    Noteworthy Points:
    • In a trend analysis[1] from 1990-2017, the overall percentage of SV has gone down with extreme exceptions especially in China, North Korea, Taiwan and some African countries. Moreover, there has been a considerable record of SV against men. The article rightly points out how there are cases of no reporting of SV by men due to social stigma. Different stigma also prevents females from reporting such cases however with greater legal protection for females, there is a need to assess the gap.
    • Furthermore, another survey [2] showed non trivial findings when it comes to male SV. In fact, I noted that although male victims were statistically half of the females, this comparative stuck throughout; percentage of females touched inappropriately was roughly double of those suffering from penetrative assault. While the percentage of men touched inappropriately was almost half of that for women, those men with penetrative assault were half of the men inappropriately touched. So, percentage wise, the suffering is as much irrespective of gender. And any thought from either gender to negate any kind should be looked down upon.
    • To kind of summarize, I think your ideas on SV need a non gendered approach and I would welcome more academic literature on this. However, there is a need to not generalize the conceptions and the reasons that lead to SV as they vary in different dynamics.

I did provide documents on conducted studies, by eager anthropologists. It's not only my assumption, as there are data to support it. The question is what would be the reasons men in matriarchal societies do not rape? In what ways the cultural system they grew up in, does not lead to men erotizing sexual violence on women? These are questions I have been pondering on for a good while.

And to your info, when studying crimes like sexual violence, or any sort of crime btw. We should neither disregard the victims nor the perpetrators. As they are both sides of the same coin. And globally speaking, women constitute the primary victims of SV and men the primary perpetrators.
These are the numbers reported by statistica, on sexual assault victims per gender
