Criminals tend to go for easy targets so if you make yourself an easy target then you're partially responsible. I'm just saying what one needs to do to increase their safety, criminals aren't going anywhere, if you don't want to take precautions then go ahead, no one is stopping you. And yes, women dress a certain way to get attention from guys, that goes for almost everything they wear from makeup to high heels, I shouldn't need to explain this.

As a woman myself and anti-radical feminist, I wonder who on earth thinks that women would put on a short skirt/dress and low cut top and high heels in their own apartment or if they were the only human on earth. Exactly, rape happens because of entitlement to the other's body. No amount of precaution from the target could have avoided this. I certainly live in a country where women take more precautions than necessary and we still are subjected to harassment in streets. Our precautions have always been useless, and since the start.
