    Hi over there,

I need some advice from people that had experience with PIED, Rebooting and ED pills.

I'm in my 27th day of rebooting (started from September) and because I realized my libido was very low, in fact I only got horny with voluptuous women (I credit that to p, I used to watch a lot in my teenage years and also a time after I broke up my last relationship). Also, I met a girl (before starting Rebooting) and I tried to have sex with her, but nothing happened and that was really shameful.

So now I'm completely focus in my battle for quitting p. But yesterday I decided to took sildenafil (I think is the english name for the blue ED pill, it was my first time) and finally had sex with her. I really like her, and that's the reason I hate my mind because I couldn't get an erection at all the times we tried, so I took it and it worked. But after that, I had some questions:

    1) Does my rebooting plan starts from zero? I had an orgasm, but I'm not really clear if it is meant to be exlusive for PO or MO.
    2) Is there any counter effect of that decision (I mean, for my body)? I'm at my 20's, so I don't look over depending these kind of pills (at least, now), and it was a decision I made in a rush.
    3) Any other advice for recovering my libido? Before, I used to have sex with every girl (sometimes in the past I had sex while I was drunk and it worked, even with girls I didn't like, I'm not proud of that but is an example that in the past my body really worked (about 3 years ago)). In my opinion, I'm a half-healthy person, because I make a lot of exercise, but also used to party a lot and smoke (only weed).

    Thanks

**IF** you had sex with her without thinking / imagining P, then your reboot does not restart from zero.

If you had actual sex with a real girl, it's one of the best ways to "recondition" your brain back to where it belongs: about having sex with real people, no P involved.
Just don't try too hard, like starting having sex every other day or so.
Go a gradual path. Have sex once 2 weeks / 1 week (no more often).
Cut a piece of the pill off each time, so you gradually receive less aid but your mind won't immediately shut you off thinking you cannot have sex any more because you suddenly quit the pill.
"Gradual" is the keyword. Give yourself time. Much time.

I took low dosage of magic pills at the beginning of rebooting. No probs.
I've got some help with magic pills at the beginning. So happy I've found "GET365VCL" :) in Google, and got V* . Good luck.

I completely support using ED pills if it works for you.

you had sex with a real woman and didn't think of P. I don't see a problem. I mean that is what our body is supposed to do.

Thank you people, it means a lot for me.

By the way, I'm still engaged in NOFAP, close to reach 2 months of no PMO. In the last month, I think I'm in a deep flatline because my libido is still low, but a couple days back I had a wet dream (with orgasm included), but I don't remember what I dreamed (I don't remember my dreams usually).

Any advice for that episode? Any recomendations to recover my libido or to overcome the flatline?

    Thank you again :)

There are no long term negative effects of ED pills. Several studies have shown daily use of them with guys with physical ED can see it reversed due to the positive effect the drug(s) have on your endothelial cells of your veins. Long story short it can turn old, stiff, aged veins back into a more youthful, flexible veins which blood can flow through better.

I took ED drugs while trying to figure out what was going on, and they helped my mental health at the time. I took up 30 minute, every other day running, and eating lots of leafy greens, and my normal erections now are better than when I took the ED drugs before. Has to do with nitric oxide production, which is what ED drugs use to make your veins vasodilate.

When I take ED drugs now after getting in shape it's like being a teenager, can't keep it down, lmao.

I wouldn't even bother with the pills, personally. If I'm not really aroused mentally due to PIED or flatline, then why bother?

They can help if you're under-aroused, makes erections much easier.

The solution to 99% of all these problems is just quitting PMO and waiting for your healing. Most PMO addicts get their lives completely back in 6 months of no porn and masturbation. You will get rock solid erections and you wouldn't believe you are the one. It is the porn bro, it messes up everything and bruises your spirit badly. Just quit and see.
