Tools to Success - 24hrs @ a time

    I suffer from insomnia like I got my test around next week but i cant study as i usually sleep at 4 am or 5 am and wake up after noon that's usually the time when. O get bored and spend hours on me cell and fap need some tips

    Dude turn off you phone before midnight, it might be caused by blue screen. Reading book instead or try drink camomile tea.

    Great question: First: I am sorry to hear about the insomnia. But it doesn’t define what success you can achieve. Start with basic tools: have a plan for your phone. Lock it in your car overnight. Put it in another room.
    Also have plan for you. Have tasks you have to do every morning before you ever look at your phone.

    What are the simple tools you have used to help you through 24hrs.

    My number one always comes back to sleep.

    Had a setback toward my goal during these 24hrs.

    The destination is still shore and there are no doubts that it will be actives.

    Areas where I need a better tool.
    Better Sleep Schedule
    Time to lock my phone and laptop away each night.

    No need to be sorry. Missing one day at the gym doesn’t mean the objective is lost. Things have never been better. God has not forgotten me.
