I just relapsed again, 2 days after my last relapse which happened after a 14 days streak which happened after a 5 day streak.

    ....

I wanted to do it. I did because I refused to take responsibility. I did it after refusing to take responsibility for my actions and life. The refusal to take response-ability for ones life implies handing over the control over one's destiny to the vicious, addictions and impulse.

Through this struggle I can become very aware of my shortcomings, it is an excellent antidote for pathetic vanity.

Do you feel as if you have used PMO as a comfort mechanism after having to deal with difficult aspects of your life? If so, you're not the only one brother.

I really like that quote on your signature: 'How you do anything is how you do everything' Who's quote is it?

No, it's not due to external factors. My point was that PMO results from lack of free will, from the refusal to engage life, from existential cowardice.

That's from a speech on the topic of discipline. What do you think that it means?
