TOTALLY ADDICTED TO MASTURBATION

    Hey Guys! I am 22 years old and i am masturbating from last 08 years. In starting i was not obsessed with masturbation but porn videos and stories and this take me to do masturbation, after doing thing i feel regreted. But now situation is out of my control , whenever i go to bed i can't feel sleepy until i do masturbation. It causes more addiction than anything i think. I am addicted to games also but now this is devastating my life .
    There are many reasons of my joining NOFAP but now i don't want to waste my time enough doing masturbation and sleeping.
