    Hey everyone,

I was sitting in class about performance and compensation in the workplace. The instructor talked alot about learning to track employees performance so that they can hopefully grow their output. This got me thinking about my journey to quitting PM and I thought about our day counter as being helpful to tracking our progress, but I reset my day counter so often that I don't really get to see my progress over time. So I hopped onto Excel and set up my own tracker! see below.

upload_2019-2-7_14-28-27.png Here I enter the trial, which includes the day that I start, and then the day that I fail. the last column calculates the difference in days between the two dates. I can take this info and make it into a graph as shown below.

This gives me an immediate visual aid to how I've been doing. I rededicated myself to trying NoFap on Jan 29, so obviously this isn't very long, but it shows me that my performance is not headed in the right direction. I need to step up my game. I need to try and beat my current record of 4 days! my goal right now is to just make it until a week.

If you want me to walk you through how to do this or if you want me to make you a graph for yourself PM me and I would be a happy to help!!

Good luck everyone! let me know what you think!

Nice! I've used spreadsheets too. I used the spreadsheet to chart progress on a current streak, reminding me to treat myself to a small reward every 10 days. Lately I have simplified to a google keep note with my start date, and I have the Rewire Companion app. I decided I wasn't actually interested in a history of my past failures.
