Hi fellow Fapstronauts, I'm searching for good "substitute" to PMO and web browsing addiction and from my past experiences fighting PMO, I discovered that abstaining from any sexual activity and staying out of depression is much easier with lots of regular exercise. I also need something to fill my spare time. I unintentionally became totally addicted to social media and web browsing in my last 'hard mode' attempt. So I'm thinking of gradual sprint triathlon training, something like https://bit.ly/2LuBmUd combined with 2-3 days of weight lifting exercise routine. I'm also thinking of starting to learn new language. Do you think that's a good idea? Anyone has any experience with something like that?
