Trickery & Dreams

    I'm curious to see if any others havw dealt with this strange phenomenon. Recently I have been having dreams of relapse. For a while after waking I contract the depressive symptoms as well. They go away, but it seems like my brain is trying its best to decieve me. It's pretty crazy if this is actually the case. Does anybody else experience these dreams?

    I also have experienced these types of dreams whenever. I’m fact i had one last night and i am in day 3 of NoFap .
    I don’t think that it has anything to do with your brain trying to trick you and making you relapse.I think it’s just your subconscious mind showing you your fear and how you would feel when relapsing.
    Also i do believe that these types of dreams are dangerous and they can make you relapse so guard up my friend.
