if you have someone you can trust, download any password app and get them to add a password so you cant get in on your own. if you need to go online, they need to be with you so they can see what your doing.
That's the step i'm on. my partner knows the password and i dont. shes always by my side if i need to go online. sometimes i feel like a child, but its neccessary step to make myself better.

 

Try Secure Teen App, dam, it eliminates everything I've thrown at it, have someone else put in a password and take it off the screen let it run without you seeing it, you can still use the internet, but you select what you can see. Smartphones and Ipads, are easy to use and right there to trick you into being "soothed", I don't have internet in my house, have to go out to use a computer. Been 15 days PMO (started this plan 14 days ago, feel better) in larger part to blocking smart phone use.
