Just try and differentiate between triggers you cannot avoid (women walking around) and triggers you can avoid (internet search, movies)

Just don’t look at them… keep your eyes straight ahead and just do your daily tasks, no need to look at anyone

When watching a movie, turn your head at the sex parts or fast forward

The good news is that you're not alone! We addicts are tempted or triggered by so many things as soon as we step outside, turn on the television, or get online. The solution is not to avoid all temptations and triggered, but to learn how to deal with them when you encounter them. Get some accountability by find an accountability partner. Get into CSAT therapy. Join the 12 step SA group. Those are all tools I use to stay sober, and I'm coming up on 2 years of sexual sobriety!

Good luck!
