Hey Fapstronauts,
I am 22 and I have been watching porn for past 5 years and was a regular masturbater. Since the start of 2018 I have stopped PM, I have relapsed 5-6 times.

I was a virgin till 2 weeks before. I and my gf planned to have sex. It was her first time also. She is 19(also a virgin). While having sex I was having trouble keeping the erection. It was even more difficult to keep the erection when we tried it for the second time(after 1st ejaculation). I was very ashamed after it. Need help on this guys. What was the reason? Performance pressure? Anxiety? Will stopping PM help in this?

And also losing virginity, your first sex is always awkward. Mine was like that too. Very normal.

Try it a few times with your girl and see if it continues and if so, then that’s a problem
