    Hi guys!
As the topic - I have trouble sleeping. I wake up several times during night even when I really want to sleep. I have had this problem for about three months.
I work in a shift system. I thought it might be the reason, but I think the main role is played here by reboot. I rarely get enough sleep.
Did you have to deal with this problem too?
Can you recommend any good herbs, medicines or supplements that can help me?
I have been taking melatonin for a few days but I do not see any effects beyond drowsiness.
    I’m tired of it already...
This also negatively affects the process of my regeneration...

  2. You can research Magnesium. I often take it about 15-30 mins before bed. I can actually feel a sense of calm and relaxation come over me and I begin to feel "ready" for bed. Magnesium had a calming effect on our nervous system and also decreases the stress hormone cortisol.

I also work shift work at times at best I usually get 4-6 hrs of sleep depending ony schedule. Taking daily vutamins, Exercise earlier in the day, a walk in the evening, a warm shower all things that have helped me to relax for bed. I have also limited tv, computer and other screen time while in bed. I will read instead or otherwise try to relaxy mind and body. I really feel we need to prepare for good sleep, some people just knock out...I am not one of them. Taking Magnesium and Melatonin at times has really helped me fall asleep much faster, stay asleep better and have more dreams which tells me I am actually sleeping better.

  3. I'm having the same problem but Im only 18 days in. Half an hour exercise, a cold shower and then switch everything off and lie down while thinking about your day from the morning to night.

Probably insomnia. It's just your body going through withdrawal, it'll pass eventually but can be hard to deal with. Did this start happening recently? If so then yeah, probably just withdrawals. Just push through it and it'll get better.

    Stay strong man!

    Thank’s Man! :) It’s nice.
Yes, it started relatively recently. I have various sleep problems all the time. More than a month ago I had such sleep bouts during the day, that I immediately wanted to sleep while eating dinner and in spite of a good night’s sleep.
