I have found that one of the times I'm consistently hit with the strongest urges to PMO is as I'm lying in bed trying to fall asleep. From what I've read this is not uncommon. I have been putting my phone far enough away that I can't reach it while in bed, and I usually exercise in the afternoon, which I think helps. But I still end up lying awake in bed unable to fall asleep while I mentally battle with the desire to PMO. I hate this as I just want to fall asleep knowing I'll feel more in the right state of mind the next morning. What have you guys found to help you go to sleep or at least cut back on these night time urges?
