Trouble Sleeping

    I've been trying NoFap for almost 2 years now. The max streak I had was for 84 days. When I'm super motivated to quit I always end up relapsing in the night cause I have trouble sleeping. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with a very bad urge. And sometimes I get 0 sleep and feel frustrated about it and end up relapsing just to get some sleep. Could anyone give me some tips to overcome this?
