Try to avoid addiction to masturbating while looking at pornography

Hi All, this is my day 1 of nofap and I decided to make a nofap account because I want to read all the threads and try to do nofap.

The purpose why I signed up nofap just to stop my addiction to looking at pornography videos and masturbating since it’s not going away for me if I try to giveup pornography and masturbating without nofap. Now I sign up for nofap, this will help me so I can give up on masturbating and looking at pornography and be a better person.
