Trying again to give up this bad habit

Hi guys

36, M'ing since my early teens and then coupled it with P in my late twenties. Have tried to give this up more than a few times, my best streak was 20 days. Started it again and its been a week since I last M'ed/watched P.

Signed up here to be more accountable and motivated by the fellow members' stories and streaks. Would also be interested in helping others through my experience and journey.

Warm welcome. It's an important and brave step to (re?)join these forums with the intention also of helping others.

For what it's worth, I am also around your age and started in my early teens watching P. Quitting is tough, but not impossible. I'm yet to conquer this.
