Trying having sex while rebooting

Hi guys,
I wanted to ask this: is it a good thing or a bad thing trying havin sex during rebooting?

I tell my story: first time I noticed my ED was last year when I first tried having sex with my ex gf(I didn't noticed if I had ED b4 that moment,so I don't know when it all started.)

Now I don't have boners,no morning Woods,no erections,it's all dead.
Organically I'm ok.

In these days I'm talking again with my ex gf and we planned to go out after this period,so is a good thing to try have sex or a bad thing for mental recovery?

I mean approaching only humans could be better or I should stay alone?

 

Even if I don’t have boners now? I mean could it be mentally better or worse?
