okay, I get you now. What about Adult Block? Does it block access to accessibility permissions??
There is an alternative which is Blocker.x. There is a modded apk in the first post, if you're interested.

Just to confirm I removed Safari and downloaded SPIN for my iPhone....so far, so good - seems to block the 'right stuff' i.e. the porn sites which were sneaking past screen time, Reddit, Twitter, dailymotion/vimeo but NOT youtube or facebook (which is good for me as they police porn content pretty well and are websites I'd like to retain access to, albeit moderate my browsing)
Sure it's not perfect and time will tell, but hoping it's provides the level of distance from Porn I personally need in order to prevent 'autopilot' browsing.
That said, I won't be complacent and will look at the other steps too, while also looking 'inward' to prevent the temptation to try and 'pick the lock' and access porn (which with enough desperation/determination will always find a way) or over rely on substitutes like non porn images or 'sensual' ASMR etc. But actual porn is 80% of the problem
Thanks for this great discussion and your help, now the real work starts again

Exactly, if you're determined enough, you could find a way to wipe your phone and access whatever you want. However, it won't be that easy and you'll have to download all of your data again to your phone and that's a bit painful.
My pleasure. Good luck with your journey.

The last weak spot I detected on my anti porn defenses were the DNSs on Windows, so I downloaded FapSecure and seems to lock them in, so thank you (again) @xXsinnerXx. Still, I have a question, could it be possible to unblock twitter and reddit images and videos? I use ColdTurkey entries to only be able to see in there what I want to see only (subreddits, followers, profile, account options, etc), so I believe this is too overkill for my case. I even blocked Twitter searches. I can improve it a little as I can block the content options (to avoid adult/nsfw content, didn't already as I have to whitelist every other settings URL and block that one, as now I have twitter.com/settings* in the whitelist), but not much else.

By the way, is it literally correct that it blocks every search engine except those few you cited? How did you do that?

I would also like to advice of something, which for some of you may be obvious and you're doing it already, but at least in the free version on Cold Turkey you can't set a blocker to start in a future date, and there's room for relapse: if you update the block by adding new whitelist entries right after it's off, and then put the new one on, that gives a window to relapse, so the idea I had to avoid it is the following:

    - right after you block a block (hehe), you duplicate it.
    - In the duplicate it will be inserted any new whitelist entries you want, then you keep the duplicate block off until it substitute the older one and you put in both any new blacklist entries.
    - The duplicate block will be blocked before the older one is unblocked. For instance, put the current blocks to unblock at the morning, and block the duplicate blocks the night before, so when you're awake only the new one is blocked and you have no room for relapse in there.

have you tried using pluckeye and insert "pluck + allow reddit.com image /"?

I haven't tested on these sites because I'm happy with Fapsecure to block images from reddit, but you can try.

I am using the Appbl.ock from "Mobilesoft" and it is working very well here on my Xiaomi. I use it more to create extra security, as, as you said, TestDPC does a great job and so does bl.ockerx. When I finish strict mode I will try to use update blo.ckerX and downgrade filter chrome.

I gathered a list of the well-known (and also the unknown) search engines. Only Google, bing and yandex should work.
Man, this is a great idea. You could also do it by starting a Cold Turkey free trial and password protecting the blocks. That way they will never get unblocked unless you want them to.
Maybe in the future, fapsecure will be customizable. I just tried to filter twitter using pluckeye like we did with reddit but I failed, there is NSFW content everywhere. Sorry, man. You could just remove fapsecure, if you need the images. Making it customizable needs a lot of work.

That won't work because stuff blocked by fapsecure can't be allowed using pluckeye.

Sorry man, I almost relapsed while trying to find a good way to filter twitter using pluckeye (I didn't, I just found a lot of porn videos just by using the twitter search). If I remove twitter and reddit filtering from fapsecure, it won't be very effective as you could find all the bad stuff you want on reddit and twitter easily. Maybe in the future, it'll be possible to turn reddit and twitter blocking off. But since there is only one mode in fapsecure, it's safer to block those images.

The thing is, if you "blacklist unless otherwise (including search in the block)" in Twitter and Reddit as I did with CT, only weak spot would be if a follower, followed or someone else whitelisted did RT +18 stuff or someone posted +18 on a followed subrredit. And that shouldn't be very likely if you choose wisely. Sorry about that close call though.

I asked that because I assumed the lines of code setting the filter DNS and the ones blocking the images and videos on Twitter and Reddit are quite independent, therefore It would be simple to upload the DNS part alone.

Cleanbrowsing blocks reddit completely by default but fapsecure unblocks it. The DNS also blocks youtube comments. I don't think anyone would like that. If you want to try other DNS servers, remove fapsecure and try this:https://sourceforge.net/projects/forcedns/
Fapsecure self protection is much stronger but it'll do the job

I should have mentioned it: if you use family Cleanbrowsing DNSs, yes, that's correct, but I was using the adult ones, the ones ended in .10 and .11. That plus Cold Turkey entries in Twitter/Reddit and other sites seemed to be robust enough while letting me see images and videos in those two sites. Reddit and Twitter without any image a lot of the time there's not enough info in the text to understand what's being talked about, you lose a big part of the exchange. No comments in youtube that sucks but... the videos are still visible, and if I remember correctly comments were usually visible to me with the Adult DNSs anyway. I'll try ForceDNS instead with the -.10 and -.11 DNSs and see how it goes, thanks.

Hi, not sure if I understand how to setup ios restrictions. When I use screen time it doesn't prompt me to put in an apple id. I set up one with temp mail and a long password which I will put in the lock box bu do I have to sign into that new apple account instead of my own on the phone? Thanks

no, you don't need to. This means you aren't on iOS 14, so just skip that apple ID part

Hey man. Just started with Pluckeye today. Using chrome as recommended

I downloaded the application, then went to their site to create a profile, then I edited my config file and imported the porn, proxy and safe search configurations. Then I saved it to my device.

Nothing happened afterwards. I had to activate it through chrome://extensions which then disabled every image and video on every website ( non-porn sites). It felt a bit frustrating. I then edited the config file to block only porn. Then went to chrome extensions to activate Pluckeye. Not sure if that's how it's supposed to work. Am I missing anything?

Also can I try forticlient and cold turkey and expect better results. My goal is block all social media sites and google search images + enforce safesearch and clean youtube
