Yesterday I had a relapse. After making so much progress, it definitely wasn't worth it and I regretted it the minute I finished. I didn't masturbate to porn though so I guess that's kinda a good thing

I haven't told her about my Rebooting journey cause I'm afraid I might loose her and it's kind of embarrassing.i know I should tell her because she's going to keep disturbing me in my jorney but I'm afraid, I wouldn't even know how to put it.any help?

Definitely started over today, Day 1 finished. It wasn't that hard I just didn't think about porn and just focused on my studies and hobbies... Life has been amazing without porn to be honest and hopefully I can go on like this for a full 90 days.
